AIR
ACADEMY is totally dedicated to the goal of conducting all training activities
with the highest levels of safety together with reliable, punctual operations
and customer service delivered by warm, friendly people for the lowest practical
cost.
We
believe in
“doing
it right the first time”
and
that a safe operation is the basis of a successful Flight Training Organisation
and in the foremost interest of our customers.
The
owner and employees are committed to realizing this goal by constantly searching
to improve the quality of all our customer services and to discharge our
regulatory responsibilities.
Therefore
AIR ACADEMY has set in place a Quality System, defined in a Quality Manual,
which reflects the achievement and continued compliance with JAR FCL-1, CIR-FCL
and the additional standards specified by AIR ACADEMY.
The
Procedures in the Quality Manual have been designed to ensure all departments
are consistent in their approach to meeting the Company policy and objectives.
These
procedures are approved by the Head of Training and must be complied with, as
applicable, in order to ensure that all operations of AIR ACADEMY are carried
out with these procedures.
It is
accepted that these procedures do not override the necessity of complying with
any new or amended regulation published by the BCAA from time to time where
these new or amended regulations are in conflict with these procedures.
The
Quality Manager, Mr. A. Vermeire is the appointed representative of the
management for all Quality related matters.
It is
understood the BCAA reserves the right to suspend, vary or revoke the Quality
System approval, as applicable, if the BCAA has evidence that the procedures are
not followed and the standards not upheld.
It is
further understood that suspension or revocation of the approval of the Quality
System would invalidate the FTO Approval as per Appendix 1a to JAR-FCL
1.055 §3.
